Our Fitness Performance programs utilize many modalities at our disposal – Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Cupping, Gua Sha, Trigger-Point Needling, Electro-Acupuncture, and Manual Manipulation.

As a fitness enthusiast and yogi herself, Aleksandra knows how to help you achieve those goals.

Our programs usually last five weeks for short-term goals, but if you have a more challenging situation or long-term goals, we can customize a more extended program that will help you perform at your best.
