Sasha Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine provides Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services including acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and integrative modalities. Our website offers educational content, appointment scheduling, and patient resources.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or services, you confirm that:

3. Appointments & Cancellations
Consultation Fee: New patient consultations may require a non-refundable deposit or promotional fee, applied toward your visit unless otherwise stated.
Treatment Fees: Costs will be explained before services are rendered. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.
4. Payments & Insurance
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved health savings or flexible spending accounts (HSA/FSA).
We are out-of-network for insurance providers. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service and may request a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement.
Promotional offers, packages, or discounts are subject to change without notice.

All health information collected is protected under HIPAA regulations.

6. No Guarantees of Outcome
